  1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TSE Global Logistics, LLC dba TSE Global website (“Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and this Privacy Policy (collectively, “Agreement”). If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

  • The Site provides information about TSE Global’s consulting services in supply chain management, procurement systems, sustainability tracking, and business transformation.
  • The Site is informational only and does not facilitate e-commerce transactions.
  • Any engagement for consulting services requires a separate written agreement with TSE Global.

  • Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

  • Removal of Content: TSE Global reserves the right to remove content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates applicable standards, but not merely because it is critical.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.

  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
  • You consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
